Terms of Use

Donate is a service that claims the creator fees of coins that have directed those fees to it, sells part of them for dollars, donates those dollars to a GoFundMe campaign named by the coin, and uses the rest to buy and burn $DONATE. The docs describe each step.

Donate is not a charity, a broker, an exchange, or a wallet. It doesn't hold funds for you and you don't have an account with it.

By directing a coin's creator fees to the Donate treasury you accept these terms. The direction is permanent and covers the whole fee. You receive nothing from those fees, and you can't ask for them back.

You are responsible for the coin you launch: its name, image and description, and for having the right to use them. Don't imply that a campaign, its organizer, GoFundMe or Donate endorses your coin. Don't name a campaign in order to harass its organizer or mislead buyers.

Coins listed on Donate are created by third parties and trade on pump.fun, not here. They are volatile and can become worthless. Trading one is not a charitable donation by you, is not tax-deductible, and gives you no claim on the campaign, its organizer, or Donate.

You owe Donate and the coin's holders nothing. Donations reach you through GoFundMe under GoFundMe's terms. You can ask us to stop at any time on the opt-out page.

We may decline to list or stop serving any coin or campaign — for example where a campaign appears fraudulent, where the law requires it, or where an organizer has opted out. Where a donation can't be made, the campaign share is handled as the docs describe under “Campaigns that can't be paid”.

The service is provided as it is. Chains halt, exchanges freeze, campaigns close. We don't promise that any amount will be claimed, sold at any price, or donated by any date, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses from using or relying on the service.
